AI Product Ownership
End-to-end responsibility for an AI-driven automotive Computer Vision product, steering multiple teams through Jira, Confluence, and Miro across remote and on-site collaboration. The setup combined Kanban, Scrum, agile coaching, mentoring, AI modelling, benchmarking, MLOps, and pragmatic delivery decisions.
Cloud Architecture
Delivered Azure projects with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git, and led technical use-case analysis workshops covering AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud perspectives.
